We wanted a cover that would fit properly and was of good quality. Our cover we received is both of these and stands well up to the weather well. We are very happy and satisfied with our fire bowl cover with the elastic and straps for the legs.
If we need a cover for anything else in the future it will be from Covers & All!

I received the product per the specifications ordered. The colour of the product was as expected. The back cushions are a little more flimsy than expected. I paid extra for delivery by a specific date, and the product arrived late. That was extremely frustration because I had to make alternate arrangements to to receive the product. Their whole discount program was confusing and ultimately deferred any discount for future purchase. You provide a niche cushion & cover replacement service that doesn't typically require regular purchases. A 60-day expiration of discount credits is insulting.

A little challenging at first but figured it out
Ordered a custom cover for our fire table. The cover fit nicely and the fabric was heavier than we expected. The colour was as expected. Highly recommend custom covers to anyone in need. We would order again.

From ordering to putting on the new covers, the whole experience was flawless. The material is exactly as described and the zippers are durable and heavy duty. The tie backs work great for the cushions. I also asked for tie backs on the pillows and after confirming my request the designers did exactly what I wanted. I am 100% pleased!

Items are not cheap but they are a great quality and last.
Mesh weave is so large that it doesn't give the privacy I was looking for

Unfortunately, the custom curtain I purchased last year for my gazebo did not perform as expected but I will give credit to Covers and All as they have replaced the curtain with a new one without hesitation or hassle. Hopefully I will have better success with the new one.
