I ordered from there website a boat cover that was designed for my boat with an extreme tower. My boat model, size and year pulled up correctly and my tower is made by Extreme.
Great they have my cover in stock was my thought, however this is what they call a custom cover. It does not say that it is a custom cover or that there is no return when ordering this cover. Cover showed up and was excellent quality, but it did not fit. I'm a reasonable person, so I called and asked if I could exchange for one that did fit.
The answer was NO, it was a custom cover and there is not return. I questioned the following: So, how do you expect me to know that the cover is only built for a boat that comes from the factory with a tower? Those explanations are not found in the description for this product, nor are the dimensions of that tower found on the order form. My tower is made by Extreme, so how would I know it will not fit when the description says it is for my boat with the extreme tower and no dimensions?
Would it not make sense for a customer service rep to call when a non-returnable, custom cover is ordered to verify what they are actually ordering is correct? Maybe ask for some pictures and dimensions up front. A couple of detail exchanges could have eliminated this whole issue.
Would it not make sense to offer to modify the cover when a customer has ordered the wrong cover, perhaps at a cost? My customer service rep named Summer simple said, " it is your responsibility to order correctly." Be aware that you must order 100% correct and know what your are ordering or you will end up like me with a $600.00 cover that doesn't fit.

I 've always had a good experience. This will be my 7th cover.Since they are out of new beetle covers I substituted the cover for an AudiTT that fit my 2018 Beetle perfectly.It was a 2003 Audi TT coupe.
HI! THE COVER WAT I RECEIVED IS TO LONG ABAUT MORE THAN 1 FOOT, SO DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGEST WAT TO DO,PLEASE.
I did not receive any instructions on how to install the cover so I called the company and talked to Adrian, a very cordial representative. The cover was VERY large for my pontoon boat so he verified the cover I received was the correct one for my boat. He emailed me the instructions, which we followed. We got the boat covered; however, it is still a VERY large cover and there is a lot of extra material to go around. There is NO way I would be able to drive with the cover attached without the boat becoming a parasail. I am going to keep the cover but for the next one I will probably go back to the original type.

Received my Sharkskin boat cover today and it fits my 2009 Moomba Mobius LSV perfectly, I am greatly pleased with the fit, the tie down straps and the rope ratchet works great it pulls the cover tightly around the boat. Smooth quick ordering, excellent product.
As a Canadian I got caught by the advertisement stating free shipping to Canada, problem was although that is true you really had to dig into the fine print to discover that there would be brokerage fees, duty fees, and Custom fees. It would have been nice to advise Canadian customers upfront on the product page to advise/link to the "fine print" page. Also, I thought I was purchasing a cover that was manufactured in the USA. Not so, made in China. When I called the company they told me that only products made in the USA had the US flag on the page meaning "made in the USA". Caught me on that one. How about putting the Chinese flag on the other pages! Of course, folks purchasing covers in the US don't care but we Canadians do.

The shipping was right in time.The box was properly packed.The item itself was exactly fitted to my bike and the materials used was of high quality.I would recommend this to anybody who have not made up their mind coz the product was well made.
Be aware that the cover you order may be a universal fit not a custom cover for your specific car
If you are ordering from Canada you will pay a large amount of duty since the covers are made in China
Easy straight forward check out. Website is easy and efficient to navigate through. But after the item arrived, I was disappointed. The website led me to believe the cover was going to be much more customized. They asked which side is trolling motor but it didn't matter because they make no accommodations for it. Why ask? Again, I gave exact year and type of boat but the cover is much larger than my original cover and don't have a cutout around the outboard motor so it fits sloppy and will flap around during transit, as well collect rain water. I purchased a rain pole but it fell over. Cover seems of good quality, just not what I thought I was getting..

Did not fit. Was way too big. No instructions in box. I mean please man. I called and girl said they were not custom fit. Well da! I have 22', this could of fit a 26'. I was told I had to go on line for instructions. Please, just put it in the box. Everything went well tell a got the product. Then everything went South. Wasted the hole afternoon.

Answer: Eric, our covers are safe to use on all boats! Our instructions state that colorfastness should be tested on new boats where the vinyl may still be off-gassing from the factory. Additionally, some cleaning compounds can cause reactions, so testing colorfastness is recommended prior to permanent use. Mr. P., As noted in the email you sent to us on May 25,2018, you ordered a cover to fit an "XTreme Tower" when in fact your boat has an "Xtreme Arch". Also included in the email you agree that you ordered the wrong cover. Our support staff continued to work with you regarding this issue, going as far as contacting Chaparral (manufacturer of your boat) and Westland (manufacturer of the cover) to verify where the problem was occurring. Additionally, our website clearly indicates -- via highlighted text -- that the cover you ordered is "Made to Order" and our site also states "due to the custom nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not possible. In the unlikely event of a custom cover arriving damaged or defective, a warranty claim should be filed via the manufacturer's guidelines." Further, in reviewing recorded phone calls, our customer support staff offered to send you additional fabric to assist in having the cover modified to fit the aftermarket arch and that offer was declined. We sell thousands of custom covers, and contacting each customer after their order would not be feasible. However, our customer support department is staffed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST.
