Fast shipping and decent quality for the price. Arrived quite wrinkled, but hopefully remedied with a light iron or steam

I loved the dress! It was a beautiful, quality product, but it was too large on me. I had a terrible time contacting customer service. It was almost impossible to get return information. I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, but their policy insisted on issuing an in store credit only. They required pictures of the dress, front and back, pictures of the tags and return box, return label, and FedEx tracking number all attached to an email within 5 days! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get exchange/return info. I don't know if I want to reorder the dress. Too stressful.

Fast, easy, efficient and affordable. Wonderful choices... was hard to narrow down, but it was a pleasure doing so. The website says to expect shipping delays due to high demand. Within 1-2 days I received an email containing my tracking number, which surprised me. However, the tracking number indicated it had been cancelled. So, naturally this raised my suspicions. I waited 2 days to see if this was an error and unfortunately it wasn't. I called Couture Candy by the 3rd day... no answer. Tried to chat using the chat feature on the website, it was not available. So, finally I sent an email for an update on my order. Someone responded within the hour with my new tracking information, which showed it would be arriving within the next day. I was pleasantly shocked because I did not think the shipping would be so fast. My order arrived and my dress looked exactly like the picture on the website. Overall, I was happy with my experience. I will definitely order from this company again.

Bought it on Monday night and got it on Friday without paying for fast shipping.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I paid the 3 day shipping. After 8 days of not receiving the package I continued to be told to track it thru UPS. I was told the shipping label was made and ready to ship. I called multiple times and was told it was then switched to FedX to be shipped. Then on the the 12 day I was sent an email saying the dress could no longer be sent. I have been promised a full refund and not the store credit that they state is the policy. I do not want a store credit. I was skeptical of ordering and I should have trusted my gut. I am out a dress!

The dress looked nothing like what the photo showed

Dress fit fine overall, but not around the cut out in the front.

Paid for 3 day shipping, it took nearly a week for the dress to arrive. I get that shipping "isn't the fault of the online store", but it should have been sent immediately in that case. It should have been sent overnight or fast tracked another way.
