Very poor and rude customer service, not helpful, returns are practically impossible and in my experience have always cost me more. For example, I used a credit I had (because they wouldn't let me just "return" a dress. I used the credit toward a dress, leaving a remaining sum of about $24.00. They asked for my credit card number, "just for confirmation, WE WILL NOT USE YOUR CARD FOR ANY REASON." I recently received an email notice that $9.00 was withdrawn on said credit card for postage! A. Why didn't they use the remaining credit and BEEE... they told me they wouldn't use my card. Don't trust this company as far as I could throw a house.

Every time i contacted couture candy representatives were super professional and knowledgeable always willing to help with my wonderful and beautiful gown! Thank yo somuch!

I was looking for a dress last minute. Chat was very helpful in letting me know that they had my size it shipped fast and i got it on time

I ordered two night gowns and they both look very nice and good quality

The size is smaller not true to size at list like two sizes up

The dress came exactly as pictured. Fit well and material was beautiful.

I bought a dress on may for a wedding by the end of July. I unpacked the dress this week and a noticed that it was defective and the brand is not Elizabeth K but instead Fabuluxe. The quality horrible. I sent an email and since the dress was bought in may they only refunded me 4.98 dollars! I asked about the dress brand and never received a response. Stay away!

In covid-times, I needed to find a dress for my daughters wedding. I ordered three since I was unsure of the sizes. Beautiful dresses, but none fit. I asked for return authorization and there was a very limited return policy, with heavy penalties. Please read policy before purchasing

Do NOT order from this website! Their return policy is ridiculously complicated.
They only give you 5 days to return otherwise they charge you 20% late fee, to which you have to email them requesting a return AND they take about 2 days to respond to you with "instruction".

The "instructions" are absolutely ridiculous.
1. They do not provide return labels, you must pay to make one (expedited shipping).
2. You must clearly and visibly write the RA and order number on the box, take a picture and send them an email, otherwise they will not except the return.
3. You must take a picture of the return label (front and back) and of the dress ( front and back) and send the pictures in an email. Otherwise they will not except the return.
4. They offer "free alterations" as a way to opt out of retuning!

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to return.

Not only did I pay the $35 to have the ugly dress shipped back for the 5 day policy, I took the 5 photos of all of the tags and labels they required, THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT. And the dresses are not like the pictures on the website, they are cheap and ugly

The dresses I ordered were nice, for Proms (which was not what I was looking for). I was a little annoyed with having to sign for the packages - dresses not expensive enough to warrant signing for them. And was also not happy with quick return time - 5 days - which, however, I understand given that they probably don't want people wearing the dresses and then returning them. However, it didn't really give me a lot of time to decide if I liked them or not. All this being said, the dresses appeared to be well made and fit as expected - they just weren't what I was looking for.
