If I pay an extra $25 for 3 day shipping I would expect 3 day shipping. I'm not sure what happened but I was please with the product/

Placed order on 6/23. It said a label was created & was given a fedex tracking number. It kept saying pending. Finally contacted couture candy and they couldn't locate the dress and was offering a refund. It finally showed up on 7/21. Now I have to rush to get it altered. Very stressful. In the past, any dress I ordered was sent 2 day priority so I was very surprised at the fedex mailing.

The pictures doesn't do it justice. Sizing chart is wrong. Good thing I went with my gut and ordered a smaller size. I still have to get it altered.

I ordered 3 dresses with plans to send back 2. They knew this and extended by return time frame because of different shipment times. I followed all of their requirements for return... got return#, met time returned, photos, conditions, etc. Then things got a stetchy feel to it in their emails. Taking out shipping charges to delivery to me. (As well as the $40 I knew I would spend to return each one) It freaked me out that I had over a $1K charged to them and they were not going to accept for some reason. It worked out... not full credit but relieved enough. I love the Jovani dress I purchased.

I was very pleased with my order. I received my dress under a week of ordering when it said the delivery would take longer due to out of the country.

Although ordering was easy, the dress I received had a giant hump in the zipper area that was unalterable. They would not issue a refund. I'll never order again from this company.

I searched a ton of stores in person and a million websites and could not find what I wanted. Couture Candy had a dress unlike any I've seen before and I was so excited to order it. Shipping was also extremely fast so that is always a plus.

I was worried about deliveried times, but it got only 2 days after the estimated date, the dress is beautiful and the size is correct, I haven´t seen it in person because I live out of where it was deliveried, but my Mother in law told me it looks very good and beautiful, she sent me pictures and I can´t wait to use it.

I got a dress in a color that doesn't appear in the website, I didn't like the color at all.

Love this site. This is my second time order. Highly recommended if your looking for a party dress.

$645 dress received with the sleeves that were to attach there's no attachment for the sleeves and I don't want the dress if the sleeves cannot be attached I want a cash refund not a store refund
