Easy and easy. Delivery on time with good follow up.

Ordered a dress for $264. They send me the wrong dress, a garbage. I paid the shipping $ 46 to receive the dress. I paid custom duties $36. When I told them that I don't want this dress they asked me to return it with my own expenses and the refund was only $173.?!. They will charge you fees for their mistakes. I lost almost $ 200 of my hard working money to this people and I have no dress. Be careful folks.

Not happy because I can't exchanged for bigger size,

I ordered a dress based on the size chart provided, but it arrived too big on the top and too tight on the bottom. I tried to exchange it for a bigger size so I could get the top tailored, but still fit at the bottom. The dress on the website is 162$, I paid 10$ for shipping. I paid 18$ to return the dress. They only gave me $134 store credit to exchange the dress saying they spend $30 for shipping and handling fees (what was the additional 10$ I spent then?) To reorder the dress it is 172. When you do the math that means I spent 42 on the first dress (not covered by store credit), 20 to return it, and the 172 for the second. I am spending $234 for a $162 dress- not worth it.
If you look in the terms and conditions for returns/exchanges they always deduct 20% from the dress. If you are not 100% sure a dress here will fit DO NOT BUY IT. I am having to essentially spend an additional $72 just to get a dress that I will have to pay to tailor.
If you try to get a refund instead of store credit they deduct 20% for shipping and then an additional 25%. The terms and conditions are sketchy and not worth it.

I recognize that I did agree to the terms and conditions, and I will accept the responsibility for it. This review is to make sure others do not fall into the same trap.

I ordered 3 dresses and did not like any of them. All dresses were returned only to receive store credit. If I chose the only dresses that interested me, why would I use $1918. 00 store credit? Very disappointed and angry.

This dress is for my son's wedding next year. Thought I better start early in case the dress didn't work for me. But it fits perfectly and I feel wonderful in it! Extremely easy and smooth to order online. Very quick delivery!

Couture Candy makes it extremely difficult to return items. They make you jump through so many hoops just to get your item back, and you don't even get a refund, just store credit. You have to take photos of the dress front and back, write the order number and return number on the box, and then take a photo of that too. You have to pay for your own return shipping label, and have to pay for insurance for the box. You also have to sign up for signature approval or they delay giving you your store credit. I am dissatisfied with their return service. In 2021, thousands of companies send a free return label with an item when you order it. Couture Candy needs to do better.
