I was looking for a Burgundy corset dress for prom. I didn't know what size to get but the size chart really helped.

Tried to get help with returns and exchanges.
I'm not getting any answers. The dress is beautiful, but the measurements are way off..

I ordered a dress for my daughters XV, I select a size small cause Im petite, and didnt fit mr, and also the fabric was so extremely hard and lits of glitter that easyly come off, I dindt even try it all cause I couldn't fit on it. And that wasn't the problem at all, I request a refund cause I paid $256 flls with the shipping and they agree to return but I have to pay the shipping again $20 flls for fedex, after 2 weeks they agree with the return minus the 20% restocking fees ehich is ridiculous I ask for a refund on my cars and they say sure but will be another 25% extra charging fees,which I didn't know how much will received back in yotal,well in total they only refund me $154 dlls back from 256 that I paid plus the shipping and handlling $40 dlls less money from my pocket. Total WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND POOR QUALITY DRESSES.

Order was shipped promptly. There was a mishap with the delivery, the fault of the carrier. But Couture Culture followed up to make sure it turned out well, which it did.

I don't want to give a review, but the experience was good.

I ordered a dress. It came and was not high quality or flattering at all. I am trying to return it but you need some authorization and I have yet to have my request for it answered. And the products need to be returned within a certain time frame or they take money off.

Couture Candy was a surpise for me. Usually I am a bit hesitant ordering online, especially gowns, but I am glad I did. It was quite easy and quick. The dress was shipped directly from Jovani and fitted as expected. The customer service was great! Very satisfied!
