The return process is a little stressful. Too many steps and pressure to return so that there are no added fees. You have to get a number before you send it, you have 5 days to send it, you have to pay to ship your label, and are asked to take pictures of everything so that the people processing won't have a hard time, and must provide a signature when delivered which adds to the charges. You really have to like what you get to go through the process.

The dress was very elegant and received in a timely fashion.

From order to delivery we were kept up to date on when the dress would arrive.

I hated it so much. The color was not what it was in the picture.

No response trying to contact someone for refund. No one pick the phone call, no one response my email either.

I live in Florida, and when I ordered my WEDDING DRESS from this site, they called and emailed to confirm the shipping address (seemed suspicious but I went with it anyway). They then shipped it to a completely different person in Illinois. When I figured this out I called and emailed to try to resolve it. They would promise to fix it, then do absolutely nothing. I've had to find a new place to buy my dress, and am stuck with calling them every day until they refund my purchase. Every time I call they tell me there is nothing more they can do. What about return my money? This site is a scam.

I received my dress but would like to return it as it did not fit and the color was off. Pls send me the necessary info so I can do this as soon as possible

I absolutely love this dress - it is just as pictured and will be perfect for my son's wedding. After trying it on again, I've come to realize that the sheer sleeves are too tight to wear for an entire day. I would like to EXCHANGE the current dress (Size 6) for a larger size (Size 8 or 10). The Couture Candy website says to send them an email and a customer service rep will contact me with procedures to accomplish the trade. I have received no correspondence from them and am extremely worried.

This company needs to put in BOLD letters on each specific dress page whether or not that dress is "final sale". It is extremely misleading showing the price of the dress, and then underneath all it says is "easy returns and exchanges". Nothing on the entire dress page about an item being "final sale". This company wouldn't even consider letting me exchange the dress for a more expensive item, and worst of all, the supervisor refused to speak with me! What kind of supervisor refuses to speak to their customers? This company is a joke, and it is honestly disgusting that in 2023 a place like this is still in business.

I received my order in less than a week! I could also track my order and shipping.

Had never used this sight before, but considering it was last minute shopping for my daughter's prom dress, she fell in love with the dress immediately, the sizing was easy to follow, there was 3 day shipping and of all things Paypal was an option I decided to trust and go for it! Well it worked perfectly for us. We are both highly pleased with the dress(absolutely beautiful and fits like a dream), timeliness of it's arrival and ease and authenticity of the site. Only drawback is glitter is everywhere.

First, I paid more for a 3 day shipping. I believe I ordered on 3/10/23. I received it on 3/18/23. The print of the dress on the website is NOT the same print on the dress that was shipped to me. The structure and weight of the fabric on the website is different from the dress I received. I have seen this dress at Dillards Dept. Store in Cincinnati, OH and Atlanta, GA. This copy of that dress is not what I expected at all. The dress has a gold embellishment/the print on the dress is not the same print. It doesn't look at all like the fabric at the website dress. I need to return this dress to you. Please let me know what to do next. Thank You.

I ordered a dresss to use to make sleeve for my dress I bought in store. I called to get it expedited.Ups or them had lost the dress for days. I had to file with ups. Dress was delivered today. I would definitely use paypal or a credit card to buy don't use your bank card.
