Shipping was fast and quality of dress was good. It wasn't overpriced. I don't know if it's a coincidence but ever since I've been getting a lot of spam calls and emails.

I purchased a $750 dress from them and the dress arrived with inconsistent measurements from the ones provided online. Not only did the dress not fit, but I had to pay to ship the dress back… if I didn't ship the dress back within 14 days then I was unable to make the return at all… the interaction with customer service was so bad that I will absolutely never buy anything from them again.

Couture Candy does not know the first thing about customer service. It's clear their "brand" looks out for themselves and does not care for their consumers no matter the circumstances. I believe their customer service reps are also not based in the United States. They were extremely difficult to get in contact with, they refused to get on a call to find a resolution and their email responses were filled with grammatical errors.

If you are trying on dresses for a certain occasion I would steer clear. 10/10 would never purchase or do business with them ever again.

Dress came when they said it would and it fits great!

Ordered online after in store did not have size in the colour I wanted. Order and received dress in 7 days. Fits true to size. Easy to navigate site and tracking of shipment

My name is Penny Caple. My son was getting married and I wanted to find a beautiful dress so I ordered 4 from this company. The dresses did not fit well but the worst part is it has been 2 months and they still have not credited my credit card. They have a TERRIBLE return policy. You have noway of knowing how to return the dresses because they put no information in the box with the dress. They have a policy you can only have 5 days to return the dress but you have no idea where to send it to. DO NOT ORDER from them. I have sent the BBB a letter and having to get my credit card to do an investigation because they still have not returned my money. 9 weeks now!

The return requires a lot of effort with pictures and pre- approval of the item.

Great experience, came super fast, great quality, and they emailed me the whole time giving me updates

Horrible, unsatisfactory, and costly experience. Several policies were referenced to justify sending me a dress in the wrong size and not in new condition without a refund or exchange. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the overall experience. In addition the customer service agents are foreign and hard to communicate with.

I recieved a dress fully damaged and this site would not allow me to make a refund because i recieved it 2 days later than UPS reported it delivered (it was dropped at my neighbors house) and they have a 24 hour damage policy (I reported it 2 days later and they would not take the item back despite it coming tattered and shredded). They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The only justice I will get (minus my $610 dollars i'll never get back) is warning other brides to NEVER ORDER HERE. Wedding planning is expensive enough and to have a janky company hold your hard earned money and not let you return a damaged item is BEYOND. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from here.

Unable to return a dress I bought 4 days ago because they will only give out store credit. Stay away. The dress is not worth it. The pictures are deceiving. Outdated policy.

Pay attention to the refund policy. You can only exchange not return a dress.

It was good all in all! But I paid $32 extra to receive the order in 3 days, and I received in a week! I had to fly outside the state and asked my neighbor to pick it up!

Love how young and beautiful this dress made me feel!
