On line shopping isn't for me. I shopped in neighboring department stores and was very disappointed. I viewed several on line sites and saw this elegant dress by CoutureCandy.
Everything was great. The dress, the delivery, and sizing. I loved it!
The sent my dress to vas Vegas instead of Melbourne australia And ami saw them the proof of my address shipping that I wrote on their website. I paid my dress expensive plus 8 8d for shipping fees and I'm a poor student without big Incomes. When I try to call, this number is not available. My sister wedding is very soon and I don't have anything to wear! Thank a lot! Shame on you!
Like the quantity of dresses to choose from! Was a little worried that I may not get what I'm actually ordering. But it was and I'm very happy!
The couture representative gave me horrible Customer Service. She would talk over me. I tried to place an order using my cell phone as I could not access my PC and wanted to use my store credit. Her resolution for me to place an order was: Give me your order number. I replied, "I did not place an order yet" I can not help you if you do not have an order number was her answer. I looked at the order I placed a year ago, and she told me there was no credit. I see the store credit on my profile, I told her. She said using a phone was not an excellent way to place an order. She suggested I use a PC. I did not have access to a PC. Again she said, "That is the best way to place an order; you need a PC," I asked if she could place the order for me, and she said, "Do you trust me to get your personal information" I was uncomfortable that an employee would suggest I should not trust CoutureCandy. To say there is no protection for my personal information made me write this review. It is difficult to deal with people who despise their jobs.

These people are crooks. If you buy a dress and need to return it, they will only give you a portion of your expenses back. In my case less than half of the cost of the dress.

My only complaint is that 'Returns' are only with store credit instead of a refund :(
I order a dress and 10 days later, I received an email telling me that it was out of stock, after they already had send me a track number. I never ever had such a horrible experience as this one. I won't deal with this company anymore. Be aware that it can happen with you as well.
Unfortunately, I only read the bad reviews after I purchased the dress, but I didn't believe it could happen to me.
The return policy and service is the absolute worst. This company is a rip off. I paid extra to return my dress so they would get it within their 5 day return requirement (who only gives five days!) and then they said they gave me a store credit which I never received because I did not even have an account with them. So then when I called they said they could open an account but in order to reactivate the credit I would lose 50% of it. So I feel completely taken advantage of and they have their dress back in perfect condition. I did my part. They do not do theirs. Do not buy from this company!
I placed an order for a dress that appeared to be in stock. I received confirmation that my order was received and was being processed. I also received an email that the order had been shipped and I had a tracking number. After about a week, I noticed that my card had been credited back the amount of the dress. I called for information only to be told that the dress was no longer available. They never bothered to tell me! That is poor customer service. I should have been notified - I received no communication! Meanwhile, on the website, the dress is still showing as in stock! I am very disappointed. I'm wondering what is going on - is the dress really out of stock? Terrible way to conduct business.
I ordered dress for my daughter wedding in December just received it it's to big I wanted to exchange it for smaller size and they just want to give me 50% of what I paid to exchange this dress for smaller size. I am very disappointed with their service.Don't order from Couture Candy.Worst experience ever.
Answer: They will only offer you store credit minus multitude of the penalties regardless of the reason for the return, oh and you will have to pay back the "free" shipping. DO NOT BUY from this company!
