After years as a customer they froze my account and would not release the money they owed me or the gift certificates that i purchased. They asked for a photo of my drivers license to verify my address and i sent that with my photo d/o/b and license number redacted for security reasons. They still refuse to release my account or provide me with a reason that it was frozen in the first place. Beware--seems like a total scam and at the very lease poor customer service

Coupon Cabin has the BEST deals and has most of the stores I shop from. I love the Mystery Offer deals where you can get double or triple the normal cashback. You can only take advantage of this offer once in 30 days but I feel that's reasonable. I would always compare the rebates per app and about 90% of the time Coupon Cabin rebates are higher. Managing payments to Paypal is as easy as one click. Also I had the best experience with customer support. Less thab 2 weeks after I raised a ticket for missing cashback, I got an email from them letting me know that they are actively working on my request. Highly recommended!
