Welcome to CHIS a group of people who are least interested in you. All they care about is how to get you enrolled. My wife n i were convinced to buy this membership in indore for 2.10 and since our purchase in 2019 December, they haven't provided a single service. All they do is mails which start with greetings for the day and end with sorry we are not able to give you this service right now.

They will promise you the moon in such a realistic way that you will get convinced to buy and there you have lost it.

These people don't even deserve not even one star as they can't keep up their promises at the time of agreement their sales executive makes such huge promises that we will provide you this and that lavish properties but when you went to them for booking they are like we dont have agreement with these properties or we are waiting for agreement renewal like why the hell you are showing these properties when you dont have agreement. These guys need to stop for once and all.

These Guy's are totally fraud. Newly married couples please don't fall in traps. 5 star reviews are 100% paid reviews.

Mr Akib one of your reputed CHIS executives, gave me 4 vouchers of Rs 5000 as complimentary. Now from the last 15 days they misguide me and also customer care redeem voucher department mam Mrs Uma. Akib told me i talked to my senior u get rs 5000 on each voucher and told uma mam the i talked to amit also that he cant get this voucher. Today when i and uma mam get direct contact, we came to know that he is making a fool of both of us by saying different things to both of us.
I request you to take strict action against this type of employee so that they cant harm your reputation. Also I have a recording of all the conversions on my phone that happen on Dhanteras when CHIS invites us and I buy the membership by trusting him. All the benefits he told me are fake and now from the last 15 days he has been harassing me to a level that i can't explain in words and at last he blocked me now from whats app and phone.

I want strict action against him. Pls help me out with this. I am using a different platform for this to file a complaint against him. I request you to solve this issue at an early stage so that CHIS reputation is not harmed bcz of this type of person who has no ethics at all. I am attaching one of my complaints with this. Sir if you will not help me out then the last option i left with is I will file a FIR against him as i have all recordings of that day, whatsapp chat, mails and conversion with the voucher department that what he told to them and to me. I am still waiting for a revert that a consumer needs from a company like this.

They charged 1.2 lac from us in the name of providing holiday services for 10 years but for last 2 years they have offered us no services. ON Our demanding our money back they say money will not be refunded. Please do not go by the ratings and reciews available on google for this company as they manage all the ratings and reviews by paying customers money to the rating co. Its a fraud co. Beware of it

They deserve -5 stars. They will make big promises about their tie up with 3-5 star hotels but will not deliver. They continue to advertise using Mayfair Goa pictures but upon asking for bookings there, they will tell you they have contract renewal issues. I took up their membership in 2018, have not been able to avail a single stay. They will keep making excuses about availability, peak timings, etc.

Weare member of CHIS Since 3 -4 year. At the time of joining they make fake promises. But for booking u have to bag them again n agin call them. Hardly they offer u cheap properties and place where they want not where u want to go.
They will not refund you. I'm planning to go to court for my fefund with interest
