I joined CHIS in July 2022 for Rs. 1,90,000/-. And in Dec22 I had my first trip with CHIS membership and Booked hotel for two days for which CHIS had to pay but didnt. So I had to pay myself as I was not allowed to leave the hotel without paying. Also, hotel staff told me that they were contacting CHIS for payment of my booking for two days, but CHIS didn't respond, so I had to pay the booking amount. Also, hotel staff told me that one of the CHIS customer service agents asked them to get payment from the guest, which was supposed to be refunded later, but it has been more than 40 days and I have been contacting CHIS customer service frequently, and still, no refund has been received. Every time I contact customer service, I am told to wait for 2–3 days, and the problem is still unresolved. They would talk rudely.
The worst experience I've ever had with any company. And I have filed a case against them.
Guys don't trust them.

This Company is completely unprofessional. They all know only how to add and fool people. Sales team makes false promises like any thing. Strange thing is the sales representative Mr. Abdul who sold this package made so many promises to us along with his Branch Head Mr Zafar (Janakpuri/Dwarka New Delhi Branch) both are not worth called as a human. Specially Mr Abdul being an active employee of CHIS says that he is no more working in CHIS. The company says that he is still an employee but when we reached out to him and asked him to get the promises fulfilled which he gave to us he simply denied on face stating he is no more employee of CHIS. Also Reservation team is really very very bad even the management don't bother to listen to customer grievances. Appeal to all 36K people following this page to not to deal with these guys. All false promises and when time comes to fulfill them they will end up asking you only to pay more. Its like "AB AAP CHUTIYE BAN GAYE"... PLEASE PAY FOR THE PROMISES WHICH WE MADE TO GIVE YOU AT COST OF MEMBERSHIP WHICH ONE PAID AT THE TIME OF BUYING THE MEMBERSHIP.

RUN, RUN FAR AWAY (in my op) if someone is trying to sell CHIS membership. With all the freebie they show. They try to get your money for membership at the beginning. Once you are paid up -; look at the pictures attached to understand what service they provide.

They only have 5-6 locations available out of 100's of locations mentioned on their website... They will never accomodate customer requests and always have reasons to decline your request.
In my recent call with Customer care executive - Mukesh, he literrally started shouting and refused to take booking... I am so pissed off with their service and not fulfilling the commitments. He even asked us to prove our earlier discussions and asked us for recordings... there is no escalation channel, these folks will keep exchanging phones and say that they are a senior person in the company. Hossrible experience and they are not ready for any refunds or adjustmnets.

Please don't beleive in anything whatvever Country Holidays Inn & Suites (CHIS) promises. They never keep up to this. They never have new locations. They only give 4-5 location PAN India, anytime you ask for. There membership is just a trap to scam people. Its a complete fraud. They take your hard earned money and givr nothing in return.

I have been facing all these issues from last 1 year. My membership ID is CHISDEL*******. I have asked for the active locations PAN India and in turn received below revert.

One of there customer service executive Ms. Uma promised me of one particular and I relied upon there verbal committments and never asked for written confirmation. Later on they denied giving thay particular offer. In addition to this, there another executive Mr. Mukesh Mishra (Emp code - CHIS1099) was so rude over the call and denied listening to our concern and also denied getting Ms. Uma over the call who have made promises.

I hope this message helps out to the people who are planning to take their services in future. I am already looted by the, hope you are and you will be saved.

I have purchased their one lacks holiday pacakage last month and they commited one day complimentary, holiday Saturday reservations and club membership where they have not completed any of them. All are fake people with fake cmitments. Now one one there sales manager who sell that one lacks holiday package has switched off the phone Rohit Kumar Malik and denied to give one day complimentary stay and club memberdhip.
Pls don't purchase such a package from CHIS as they are just making a fool of us. Nothing else.The coupon they are selling in pacific malls Dwarka and others.

I took membership 4years ago, initially I got services but with very much difficulties and with so much of limitations.
They always have excuses to not give you booking in desired dates or places or accomodations as per ur plan even u ask them a month ago even.
Mail response is so slow that if u plan some vacation, u hav to plan according to them, nor u can plan on urself n keep on correspondence for long to make it clear n book...
I have complained so many times, but no positive response, always the same that not available on desired dates n all. Silly excuses.
Nowadays they don't have enough options even to think n plan some vacation.
There is no use of memberships from CHIS, total useless.
No priority bookings not even in non seasonal days.
I have wasted my money and time on CHIS.
NO REFUND, NO ADJUSTMENTS, NO SOLUTION
They fool people by committing so many things at the time of package sale, n then they deny saying company policies n subject to availability.
Properties generaly have cheaper prices on self booking rather than booking from chis.
Dont know what to do now.
Pissed off with them.
Gone to noida head office, met Mr Rahul Arora (head) he said all in contract, we can't help it, deal with it like it is.

• They are totally a fraud.
• Everybody tells lies.
• They will do a lot of commitments and they don't fulfil a single commitment
• After a false commitment they will take a very big amount of money.
I. e. 1 lac to 2 lac and you will also pay a huge amount of maintenance every year.
• For payment when we share out otp then they will show you agreement and take your signature. If you do not sign, they will never return your money.
• Whether you are satisfied or not, they will never return your money.
• They will show you 1000 locations and all five-star property but when you call for booking
They will say you that currently property is not available or this property is not listed
Or this is pick time so property is not available at this time but they will never give you any property
• If they share you any property, this property will be hardly 2000 to 3000, It will be 3 star or below 3 stars,
While they do promise for a five-star property that cost will be 20,000- 25,000.
• They will never pick your call
• If they share you any property details and you accept that property and you reach the location then the property owner will tell you that we are not informed of any booking about you, then after a long argument with the property
Owner and CHIS you can get a very cheap property of 1500 to 2000 rs.
• They have a criminal background so you can't take any action against them.
• There are too many issues and problems, we can't discuss all of them.
• I request the administration to take action against this fraud company and please help customers to refund their hard-earned money.
• Customers should be aware of this fraud company.

Pro for doing frauds with customer. Eery member of the CHIS team is a fraudster. First they will call you in a radisson hotel in lajpat nagar. This is the location where their fraud game begins. Once you enter they will give you the booklet where they will show there 5 & 4 stars hotel located at evry location all over India. Then they will provide you a scheme for 10 years, 5 years and last 3 years where they will provide you a complementary stay for 1 day and you will feel this is a great deal and you shoubd go for it. This is the point where you make mistake. Once you pay them the amount and try to book the properties, the properties which were shown in the booklet are not available. They only have 3 properties. At the beginning they informed you that they are located all over India but once you for booking the hotels be it manali mussoorie or somewhere else they won't prove you any accomodation they will just say sorry that we don't have property in the selected place and will give you the customer care number.

NEVER PURCHASE THERE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUD.

I'm client member of this group. I deposited ******* rs for package before two year. When I went for use of my package then saying that I have to deposit ******* rs. More. During offering he say that they provide 5 star hotel in peak time but this is only drama. I will suggest those people are showing interest as such offer please keep away. I had very bad experience of this company so I don't want that anybody fall in to their trap and lose money

I joined CHIS in 2020 and my Membership ID is AKP******* from the referral of my cousin. I have used 6 nights till date and it's a wonderful experience.

I bought CHiS membership at Delhi. I joined them because of their service. I got recommended from my colleagues. The service that I have got was so good. The staffs are so supportive. I just recommend to take the service first then you'll get to know the exact value

We went to hotel crown plaza in okhla. It was my first trip with country holiday. They took no time to book my reservations and it was as convenient as it could be. The rooms were very beautiful. I went with my family and we had beautiful time together. Definitely gonna take more trips.

CHIS is a fraud company, Trapping innocent people by faulse commitment. They commit to booking for stay in 5 star or 4 star hotels only. Once you sighn the agreement, You can't get your refund at any cost., They might give you complementary stay but after that they will always give you the excuse only to not booking the hotels as Contract renewal issue, booking not open or to choose some other dates etc...

We are here around 50 victims in our group, fighting to get refund.

It's a fraud company they will sell you membership by stating they have 5 star hotel however when you asked them to book the same every time you will get some lame excuses like contract for this city has not been renewed, all hotels are booked on these dates etc etc and they will provide you just 2 or 3 star hotels and that as per their availability they will ask you to change reschedule your travel plans as if we are not working. You will get only 1 or 2 services after that you will suffer for the life time. Will not recommend anyone to buy this membership.
All positive review are from their employees only so don't get trap by seeing those reviews

Will show lots of properties and hotels which are out of their legislation. Also once money is paid it cannot be refunded even if you like the service or not. Its a trap

Bought the membership in 2018 and since then lost the peace of mind. Each time I reached out to CHIS to book a holiday they come up with excuses like no availability, no contract with xyz hotel anymore or contract under renewal. Ask for 7 days of holiday and they only 2-3 and treat you like you are asking everything for free. They remove you from their social media if you post any negative review.
