Would like to return the items I purchased. How do I go forward with a return?

Overall wasn't a bad experience but there was horrible instructions on assembly. Just a bunch of confusing pictures. So my item is being used only 89% completed

I ordered a Rattan lounge chair from The Bay, Cost Way was the market place supplier. My husband spent 2 hours trying to install it till the very last steps, we found that the parts was not correct, so we were not able to put the folding canopy up. The quality of this chair is also very bad. The paint already peeling off and parts rusted. I started the returning process, after almost a week, the Market Place supplier haven't get back to me. I have been calling the Bay, sending them emails and pictures. The Bay told me they have escalated, but still nobody contact me for the return. It's been very frustrated. Till this moment this issue still not resolved.

My child (2 years old) was so excited about her new car. It's very spacious, looks brand new and shiny, has cool features. I wish it did have Bluetooth option, and a way to control headlights without listening to music play.

Found a great price for a great type patio chair. Easy to assemble,

I placed an order on 5/6/23 for a patio set. I paid my order it showed as processed and I printed my confirmation receipt. On 5/8/23 I receive an email stating " your order has been canceled ". I called Costway and the rep told me the item I purchased had the wrong price. I was told "it cost more". I said I paid for my order, I have my confirmation and you just cancel the orders you choose. After 4 emails they offered $50 for 4 emails, 6 calls and asking I needed my order for a project with a deadline. The last email said we will refund your order and we can give you $50. Obviously they wait till they have personal information to then cancel orders. Very unprofessional. Holly was the last rep to send an email. Don't waste your time, it's a scam. After you put personal information and credit card info they find an excuse to cancel orders. I have also attached my order number.

Nice, but it would be great if the EER was included & if the controls were on the front, rather than the top of the unit. That said, it works excellent, was easy to assemble the exhaust hose & window kit. It blows ice cold air & what was most surprising was how quiet it is! I HIGHLY recommend this unit, cool down my LVR in 20 minutes max. Vendor is also HIGHLY recommend. Super fast delivery, was well packed against damage,great communication & followup, an A+ for Costways Customer Service & Warehouse teams!

You falsely state you will give $10 off your first purchase by signing up for email. Despite repeated calls I was unable to get it.

Upate: I was promised to get this resolved, by means of a refund. I have yet to see it.
