This company sells it [costway] I got the frame with NO desktop. After 3 days of calls and emails - no one knows where I can get the desktop.

I've been looking everywhere for affordable Raised Bed Planters with the trellis. So glad I came across Costway today. My order arrive 4 days later, much earlier than expected. I was pleased with the quality. It was exactly as shown online.

Took me more than I thought it was to get everything processed in ordering your product. Didn't realize I ordered two of them because I went back and did it again before i ended the order to make sure I ordered just one. Then I called you all and was told I ordered two. And then the lady told me that I had to wait till she talked to somebody but she could cancel it which I thought was weird. So then I emailed you guys that's when something got done and you guys cancel that one order. I was really nervous if this was a scam or not but I found it it wasn't we got the product and I'm very happy with it. Thank you! I gave it a 4 star because I did have some issues. The issue was that you can't look at you order unless you log on and then you log on and you can review your order till it's actually shipped,.That is not good if you want to cancel or change something on your orde once it's processed.

The communication, shipping, and installation of the gazebo all went very smoothly. The only issue I have, and it's really a manufacturing issue (AND something that was described in the item, but that I missed), is that the roof edges have grommets for drainage - except it drain right into the inside of the gazebo. Guess they don't make gutters for these things! Otherwise, a great experience and a great price, absolutely worth it - just need to come up with a water catch!

Love that there was chat available to ask a question before purchasing. Love this cute little dryer! Works well and the gray color blends in our bedroom. I found coupons confusing. And would be great to put the warranty on the web page.

The Costway product we have now has been awesome! The one we recently purchased is awesome also! My son has panic attacks and with the remote control available he can get relief with the very cool air. Definitely will be purchasing another one soon!

Initially some minor issues finding desired product and discount code but resolved in short order. Final price with free shipping beat retailer offering. This unit is needed to enhance disaster preparedness. Combined with multiple solar generators, I can refrigerate perishables, cook food, and make coffee when the commercial electric power fails.
