While the product is amazing. The straw feels like it is missing some part in it. I don't know why but the straw keep going in the bottle and staying or popping up unless I reach for it inside

This item has ruin my flooring from water leaking out of it. Can't tell where the water is coming from. It's just too much of a hassle to send it back.
