I didn't like or wanted the air conditioner after I discovered that it operates on Ice packs. I called for a returned label with NO help and they never tried to help and I have an air conditioner in a box that I don't want. I will never order from this company again!

My only problem was that it is very heavy and the delivery company left it on my steps so I couldn't go down my front stairs. I had to wait for help to get it moved.

I ordered a portable AC unit and the delivery guy was friendly and happily carried it up the stairs for me. It came in good time and I have been using for the past 2-3months. It works well for closed rooms but not as well for open plan-rooms. During the heatwave this summer, it wasn't as effective but it was better than nothing. I would still recommend the product and think its a great buy.

The overall bedroom set looks really nice, but: The dresser bottom drawer was broken and cracked
One night stand had a chipped bottom frame
They also call me before shipping that the bed bottom frame was not included in the set. I had to add it to the total cost.
