From start to finish, very easy to order item. Also happy to get a coupon as well toward my purchase. Assembly by husband & me was a little confusing to follow, but was finished after a few hours. Really love our new glider! Goes well with our blue colors on our patio!

Received both chairs and table in one box. Assembly took a little while due to hole alignment.
Fixed material to make it work. Chair are strong, seem to be a bit lower than expected. It is about
2 inches short than other chairs I have.of the same material. Still comfortable and looks good.
Worth it may ever buy two more to replace older chairs.

I bought the chair online, liked it, but it had a defect that I found irremediable. I had no choice but to start the return process and refund the purchase price.

Very rarely do I write a review, but if this can protect someone else from going through what my family has gone through then it's worth it. Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I purchased 12V motorcycle for my grandsons 4th birthday, it arrived with missing parts. I thought okay, I'll just contact customer and they should send the missing parts. It should be simple. Not AT ALL! After speaking with customer service who said don't worry we'll take care of you, they handed off to their presale dept. Agent Beryl basically accused me of lying. Then after going back and forth several times, supposedly they were sending the missing parts. They sent the wrong parts, we called back and as always customer service "don't worry we'll take care of this" and then again it goes to their presale dept. so after sending them diagrams, going back and forth, them saying they are going to send the correct parts, they then tell us they don't have the part and we will need to wait a month. It's already been a month at this point. So after going back and forth some more, they say the will send a return label. Which took a week. I had to request it again, because we didn't receive it. Then we were told once the package shipped to email a copy of the receipt and they would issue the refund. Which I did and then I got a response from Beryl -

What does that even mean? It's been over a month, they still have my money and my grandson is still without a motorcycle because they have not resolved this or refunded my money. Please don't ever buy from this company.
