1st time in store today sales person could not help me with order so i came home and downloaded app which did not work so i went on pc to order i hope i recieve this on time 2-5 days

This chair was so easy to put together and is comfortable. I had ordered a different chair on Amazon and it was a mess to put together and then was uncomfortable with the head rest too high up and couldn't be moved down. I had returned it and ordered this one. The headrest on this one is perfect. It can be tilted and moved up and down. The only downside is I wish the arms were a little longer or further back so when you recline your elbows don't come off the ends (too much gap). Other than that, the chair is great and I recommend it.

Two issues, I ordered as a guest without an account. I never received any order confirmation or any additional contact except this survey. The product was good, but the instructions were very poor...too small to see the detail and lacking proper assembly instructions.
