I am satisfied with the shopping experience as I found something I was somewhat happy with. However, when delivered one of the pieces was broken and customer service advised to use superglue on it which is not very advisable. They then offered a refund of £17 which is not enough considering I had paid over £5 for insurance and damage cover.
ALISTAIR PORTER AND LI SHENG ARE THIEVES. Costway have **helped themselves to £179.95 from my bank account** and then acted like my order simply vanished into thin air. No order confirmation. No email. No reference number. No product. Just my money — **gone**. After **numerous phone calls**, Costway repeatedly claim they "can't find" my order. Funny, because my **bank has no trouble finding it**. They've confirmed: * The payment was **successfully taken** * The exact **time of purchase** * An **authorisation code** proving Costway received the money Yet Costway somehow have **no record of taking £179.95**. So which is it — a system so broken it loses paid orders, or a company happy to take money with zero accountability? Customer service is a masterclass in incompetence: endless calls, no answers, no ownership, and absolutely no urgency to return money they took without delivering anything. I've now had to escalate this with my bank because Costway are either **unable or unwilling** to resolve a problem they caused. Paying nearly **£180** to be gaslit and ignored is not shopping — it's a warning.
Brilliant service, this play kitchen is a must have to any little girl. It took me a while to assemble as it is a lot of little pieces but it is very easy and enjoyable. My daughter loves it. Thank you

It would be useful if you made it very clear that the blower required to use the inflatable waterparks was not included in the purchase.
I understand that you have buried that information in the fine print but it would be useful to remind customers at checkout, i would have bought one from you not a problem but instead the inflatable arrived in time for my daughters party but we were unable to use it.

Never heard of company before, came across it on a google search, so was very wary about ordering. Checked reviews, all seemed good so placed order for barstools. 3 days later I had them, delivered by DPD with regular updates( I had delivered to Northern Ireland as live in south and didn't want custom charges imposed on me). Hubby assembled with,no hassle and am absolutely delighted at the quality and price.

It took me a long time to decide on a new high back office chair to offer comfort and suit my needs during my periods of working from home. I opted for this one. From the speedy delivery of the product and the communications with Costway UK, I have to say my experience has been excellent. The chair is solid and comfy. You order products and after a while they cancel the order due to "undeliverable" location... either put an extra shipping or not let the customer purchase the product, it is very annoying.

I ordered a climbing frame for my nieces 1st birthday, the courier was DHL. They tried to deliver to the wrong house twice, so I redirected to a local shop, where it got refused again. Costway asked if I would like the item redelivered to my home address, of course that would have been the best option as it was now two days late for the birthday. Just received an email letting me know that isn't possible.
Just give me my refund and I'll never use Costway ever again.
