I received with good package 📦 and the bags were so stunning

I was sent a Celine bag that looked like a second hand bag, with weird smell and like superfake product. Been contacting Cosette for refund and but no one replies, phone is disconnected straight away after the automatic reply message. :(

I purchased a product but raised concern to staff via phone and email that card and bag did not match. The response was feeble and less than professional, as can be seen in below photo.
I do have a profile with this company but have not purchased any bags from them since this happened.
I also query their Authentication company as RA did supply me a certificate but clearly the card does not match.
This makes the whole process murky and unclear of how management are running this business. Buyer beware!

I have to chase business for a refund of nearly $4000 that they are holding on to. They said in email they will refund it nearly a week ago and just crickets after that. Not even responding my emails. Lodged a complaint with Fair Trade NSW

Ordered my bag and after 6 days it hadn't been sent. Tried to contact the company several times but took nearly a week to get a response to assist me with the issue.
Website states if order is placed before midday (which it was) it will be sent that day. Turns out there was a mark on the bag which they were trying to remove but they just didn't think to let the customer know this. I was happy to still receive the purchase with a small discount and the bag was sent immediately and delivered very quickly.
As far as I can see it seems very good quality and authentic Gucci, happy with my purchase.

It's my first time buying a bag from Cosette and it's been a disappointment. Bought the Prada Re Edition Nylon Bag. First of all the bag arrived without original box packaging but in their Cosette box packaging not sure if this is standard for their website. Second, the first time using it and the lipstick pouch that is hooked to the bag fell apart. How can an expensive bag be so flimsy… Lastly, they provided a piece of paper with QR code for authentication, however, the website only shows a couple of photos of the bag. I had a look at a different website for authentication and a few of the logos were off especially the logo on the strap being upside down...

I've contacted Customer Service since Monday and only had one reply of them saying the internal team will review the issue. Since then, nothing and it's now Friday. I would hope with designer goods they would have a better response in reply. I just needed to know if there will be a resolution as it's a gift):

I WANT MY REFUND! Returned a bag straight away due to it not being what they had advertised. The YSL badge was all scratched up and felt fake! Spent $70 on express post with insurance and it's now been 2 days since they received the bag with no contact! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I am a seasoned shopper and was desperate to get the Valentino Roman stuff bag in baby blue, which was unavailable in AU at the time. I found it on Cosette and the price was so much cheaper than in store, their great returns policy got me over the line so I took a chance - and I'm so glad I did.

It was amazing service, super fast replies via email and IG, the bag arrived the next day in perfect condition. It's stunning and 100% real with authenticity cards from Valentino (I know my designer products). After a few wears a stitch came loose so they offered to fix it free of charge, so helpful and great to deal with. Highly recommend ordering from Colette, I'll definitely be ordering more.

I was having problems with trying to find a bag that was within my price range. I found Cosette and I was relieved when I was able to find a bag that were within my price range and able to use after pay to purchase it. Will definitely be back.

I had a good experience ordering through Cosette but I will say I didn't have to return anything so I guess I can't fully comment on their customer service quality. I love the way they package orders as it makes it a delight to receive a package from them.

I do a lot of online shopping. In my experience Cosette have their processes down to perfect. They deliver quickly. If there is any problem with an item it is so easy to do a return. It's actually easier than going back to a shop to do a return.

I have only just discovered Cosette, and as someone who cross-searches everywhere, they have the best prices for quality designer accessories that I can find. The site is simple to use, and DHL delivery is super fast. LOVE this site!
