I've ordered twice with Cool Frames. Once with 2 pairs of complete glasses and 1 time just the frames. Service was excellent, both times. Very pleased.

I bought a set of eyeglasses from Coolframes. They had Eyezen lenses, which apparently have highly visible marks on the lenses. There is no disclosure that these marks will be on the lenses and Coolframes is unwilling to do anything about it. I got charged hundreds of dollars for glasses with lenses that have visible marks on them and I can't do anything about it. Never again.

Easy and fast the customer service team even emailed me to tell that they were out of stock of my order and sent me other options.

You guys are the best, I'll continue buying good stuff with you, my favorites brands are here and I don't need to going anywhere

Ordered glasses, $90. Same business week I get told lenses are on the way to their lab. No updates two weeks go by. I call them at the end of the month and get told lenses are with our lab and they will ship on that Thursday latest. Call on that Friday and get told lenses arrived that morning, they will ship the glasses today or latest Monday. Definitely just lying to my face as they are behind or something but I have emails of all of this. I ask for same day/next day shipping and to be compensated, get told it'll be another $40. Should went have with another eyeglasses place I guess, oh well.

I ordered glasses for my husband and I on June 1st. After two weeks, I checked in to find out that my husband's glasses were not finished, but mine were. They sent mine and when I received them, they were too dark. I reached out to them and paid for new lenses. There was little to no communication about the process of how to send my glasses back, confusing emails about things being shipped when they shouldn't be shipped and so on. The emails from customer service are one word answers. And not helpful. My husband's glasses had to get the lenses redone and they said they would send them out priority. They were sent UPS ground. I emailed them to let them know and they said they would send my glasses back priority. THEY SENT THEM GROUND. I really don't understand why it's so hard for them to do their job correctly and have happy customers. I will never order from them again. Go to glasses USA!

I ordered two pairs. They were pretty well made and the shipping was fast. Very satisfied.
I just wish I could filter frames according to lens height too.

My original set of frames had been ordered from a big box store last year. Since my prescription was not changing this year, I decided to re-order just the frames (several compliments about my frames over the last year + had wife approval) but the store no longer had the same frames available. I located the same ones here at Cool Frames and ordered the new ones using the same details. Very easy and I installed the lenses myself. It worked out plus I saved some cash too!

The Omega sunglasses I purchased were 40% lower than what I would have paid if buying directly from the Omega boutique. It is without hesitation that I recommend Cool Frames.

I was well pleased with the service as the representative was helpful with the order, I received the frames in a timely manner and at a fair price. The lenses have been moved to the new frames and I am good to go.
