I tried to order glasses through this company and I submitted my insurance quote twice and sent three emails and never heard back and ended up ordering somewhere else. I was super bummed because you guys were the only ones that had the frame that I really wanted but I needed glasses ASAP.
Terrible paid extra to not to have my glasses in Mexico but I have them now in my apartment in $#*!ing illinois during the winter. No apologies no return of my extra shipping nothing completely disappointing anyone who asks me about cool frames I will discourage them from buying from you.
The process of ordering was easy and quick. The selections great and the turnaround fast. Reasonably priced, too.

Shipping fee overnight does not mean that. I call customer service and they said no that doesn't mean the next day. So pointless to pay $30 extra.

I ordered my glasses but it took over a month to receive them cause they were out of stock of the frames I ordered when it said they were in stock
Couldn't find a good price on the Prada frames my wife & I liked. Found them on "CoolFrames" for literally Half the Price!
Had to pay $60 Duty to get them through Canada Customs, but well wirth the 3 week wait.

Quick and easy. The ordering and delivery was a very smooth process. No problems with glasses I received. I was concerned about ordering the Transition lense. It is perfect, and changes to a level of shade that is protecting my eyes in the sun situations. I would buy here again!
