The good price and sale on silhouette frames was what caught my attention. I have never ordered on line before and was a little nervous getting my progressive prescription. The ordering process was straight forward, and I received my frames in a timely manner.
I made my purchase of a pair of SuperFlex lenses because my partner's previous pair broke, they were discontinued, and still available from CoolFrames. On a lark, we opted to get the lenses done as well. After a ridiculously long shipping time, we received the order. The frames were good but when looking at any light source while wearing them, a noticeable and distracting reflection occurred in the lenses. These were the 'Premium Trivex Lenses with Scratch', by the way. We're just going to take the lenses and his script in to a local place rather than deal with the shipping hassle and customer service dance. Good place for frames, poor for lenses, and expect a wait of at least two weeks for your order if you're outside the US. Two stars. Pretty 'eh' experience, but we ultimately got the thing we wanted most.
Product arrived later than expected and tracking information was less than helpful. I did not realize that although I ordered on a Canadian site that the product was shipped from the US, which complicated finding tracking information. Product itself was as ordered and an excellent price.

Not the best website. Slow delivery. But the glasses are beautiful, and they arrived intact, well packaged. I'd shop here again.
The glasses were shipped in just a bubble envelope, not in a case of any kind. When I opened the package one side of the frames was detatched, thankfully I was able to reattach it.
