I LOVE my new glasses! I regret getting the cheapest lenses because they are very reflective. I will order again for sure but next time I won't cheap out.
The overall experience took about a month from the date of order on April 18,2024. The order was completed and shipped on April 30th and arrived today on May 15th. It took a little longer than I expected, but I would certainly use Cool Frames again.
I ordered glass frames that were the same as my originals to fit my lens's. The were delivered.

It was simple to order online. Good follow off and pop service. I only disappointment is in the nose pad. They're very thin and cheap. Definitely need to use better..
I'm happy with my new glasses. The customer service people were helpful. Wish my glasses came sooner but then again it took longer last year when I ordered through my optometrist. So I guess I can't complain

Broke my frames and found exact ones on this site. Just popped out my lenses, popped them in the new frame and they are perfect!
