Placed an order on Sunday morning, asked for a change a few hours later as I made a mistake. But was told Monday morning it was too late, that the product has shipped. I wanted to exchange for a larger cup, but they wouldn't accommodate my request. Don't purchase from them company as they will not accommodate reasonable requests.
My order arrived promptly and at a great price. Cook Store will definitely be one of my first choices to shop at in the future.

They gave me a tracking number only I asked them about my order.
That tracking number is with VitranExpress, another bad company, but Vitran cannot find the packet so I am back to cookstore. They gave me the same tracking number but allocated to a different transport company, but this number is non-existing on the second one so I went back to cookstore. You call them but answer only if you want to put a new order, otherwise, they send you to the mail. And here the answer is to ask the transport company because from their point of view the packet is shipped

I recently ordered a Jura coffee machine (high end) and had amazing service from the beginning to my order to the end. It arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I ordered an item that was in stock in early December, received an email that said that it would ship within a few days. One week later, I received another email that said that it was now out of stock, that it had been delayed and would ship ASAP. I've contacted them twice, they told me that the item was in back order. I was first told it was expected to ship in late february, now they tell me it was expected to ship in late march/early april. We are now April 10th and no word from my item whatsoever... And of course I've been charged for it when I ordered it... I guess I'll have to write to them AGAIN within a few days... I've often ordered items online on all sorts of websites, and this is the first time I have that much trouble. This is unacceptable (even in Corona times)! Will never order from them ever again!
I ordered from this place a month ago still haven't received my order and they are giving me the same excuses I see from other reviews here. After they sent me an email saying I could get a refund, they are saying I received that email by mistake and that they cannot refund me because the order was already sent to shipping. Uhhhh... what? I think the positive reviews for them here are fake and done by employees. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I bought the Onni Koda 16 and I believe it has to be the best portable Pizza oven on the planet. Heats up very quickly using the propane but gets results similar to traditional wood-fired ovens. Cook Store also sells all of the accessories like covers and the - soon to be released- natural gas conversion kit.
I LOVE my new Nespresso... and the customer service made the experience that much better! I will order from Cookstore.ca again!
I have ordered several items from Cook Store. Always had very good service. Excellent selection of products. The last item I ordered was going to be late getting to me (through no fault of their own) so they offered a superior product that was in stock at no extra charge. I would definitely order from them again.
I've shopped at Cookstore.ca many times over the past 5 years. Their selection of high quality cookware is among the best I've seen in Canada. While delivery sometimes takes a little while, they keep me posted and always come through -- and I've found it's worth the wait for excellent products, some which can't be found anywhere else. Recently, they went above and beyond: I had ordered a high-end item that unfortunately had a defect that was revealed on use; when I went to the manufacturer, their customer service was surprisingly and disappointingly inadequate. I contacted Cookstore.ca and explained the situation, and without any further questions they made it right. Kudos to Cookstore.ca for being a responsive -- and responsible -- retailer!
I ordered in December and it's now April and I have not received my order. They sure billed for it... But never sent anything. I emailed their customers service more than 10 times to get the same answer: coming in 2-4 weeks... Still never came. I'm starting to think it is fraud.

Answer: I am one of those who hates supporting the world wide behemoth online store so randomly bought from this Canadian company. The item I bought was not available in any local retail stores which is still my preference for shopping.(Victorinox - Blue 8" Fibrox Pro Straight Blade Chef Knife). I placed the order, had the confirmation email shortly, item shipped as expected and I had it in a few days. I'd use them again.
