Hi,
I can't express how bad this site service is. I made an order months ago, my credit card has been charged right away and I'm still waiting for my goods.

Contacted the "helpdesk" many times. Every time, I've been told to wait 2-4 weeks. It's 12 weeks now. They refuse to refund pretending that the order is sent to "shipping".

It's so bad. Please, do yourself a favor and don't buy from this store.

I received my Emile Henry Chicken Roaster and I love it! It arrived well packaged as the Cook Store always takes care of shipping fragile items. My new beautiful all in-one roaster does my vegetables and roasted chicken perfectly every time. The crew at the Cook Store are fantastic. I love their 5-star service! Keep up the great work! Henry

Reasonably quick delivery of a Mason & Cole set of salt and pepper mills with the items arriving exactly as described and in perfect shape. I also received a very quick response to an inquiry I sent to customer service while my order was being processed. I originally purchased them as a wedding present but when I found out someone else had purchased it and not notified the registry, I couldn't resist keeping them for myself because the price was so significantly lower than the majority of other retailers.

I bought the Global boning knife for my daughter who is about to compete in the Skills Ontario Culinary Arts competition and the knife is perfect, very sharp and size options where great. This has been my second purchase and I will continue to use this store for all of my daughters culinary needs Thank you

This company has quickly become my go to source for cookware. Their pricing is always competitive; the website is informative and easy to navigate. The ordering process is seamless and their communication is very good. And the added bonus is that I feel good supporting Canadian business!

My order took more than a month to get, it arrived broken. I wrote them numerous emails and they answered with nonsense. I will never deal with them again and suggest you do the same. I believe the order I got was a return from another customer as the packaging was not factory.

Overall good experience! Item was on backorder and whenever I asked for ETA, the response was timely and helpful. Once order shipped it was received very quickly and in one piece. Good packaging. Tracking was provided as well. [item shipped within Canada] Shipping was free due to order being over $99

Received my order on time and exactly what I expected. I have been ordering from them quite a bit lately and I have never been dissapointed!

This is the first review I have ever written in my life. Having purchased items from all of the world I have never ever experienced such a poor experience. I also have had a similar experience as others. I made a purchase and have never received any follow up despite calls and emails.

3 months and still no product. They stopped answering my emails and will not help over the phone. They take your money upfront and then will not refund.

Do not order from them. They take your money first and use to invest and later say out of stock and give you refund many months later scam company

They does not meet their deadline.We can't talk to anyone. They say write and we will respond in 24 hours.no response. We have been waiting for our coffee maker for more than 4 weeks.

12 weeks and counting - order not delivered, no explanation, no call, no options offered. Horrible Service

The only reason I would give this place 1 star is because of their quick response. Other than that, worst experience ever. I don't know from where these items are being shipped, but I've been waiting over 2 months for two different items which I also placed in two separate orders. I understand there can be delays, especially with this pandemic but to have NO update whatsoever is ridiculous. They waited till I messaged them to let me know they're backordered. No estimate time given, nothing. They don't even remove these items from their websites. Not only that, I had to contact them again for them to tell me one of the item is discontinued.

Items listed as "in stock and ready to ship" are not. This company uses Chinese drop shipping, and will give you no ETA on your order. They were quick to take nearly $3000 for an appliance but slow to answer questions or give updates. In the end I had to go to my credit card company to have the charges reversed as they will not cancel an order. Even one that has not shipped.

Guy got irate with me about asking questions about my order that I placed 2 weeks ago. Couldn't give me an update, talked over me and was extremely rude. Go $#*! yourself buddy. I should also add to the review the products did come finally and they are actually really good. I am pleased with the pans but $#*! customer service.
