HI Troy. Please be advised when selecting for us to contact the doctors office we have to allow 8 business for them to respond, it looks like your order was placed over a holiday weekend as well so it does seem like it took a bit longer then typically.

One box of lenses is not the right strenght. I've contacted your customer service and it seems like I'm going to have to get a refund and reorder the lenses I need, so send the wrong box on my dime even though the mistake wasn't mine. I'm very unhappy about this.
HI Alain. We do apologize if you have received the incorrect product. Unfortunately with Canadian shipments prescriptions are not required to process and ship an order out, so we can process an order as submitted. We do not process exchanges so any return order would be refunded and a new order would need to be submitted.
The price almost doubled about two years ago and I don't get why.
Good experience. Received contacts in two days. Only thing to watch is processing fee.
