The contact lenses took a very long time to arrive.

I see you placed the order on 6/5 when you asked us to fax your doctor for the prescription verification. They did approve it at the end of business day. Unfortunately, it missed the cut off to get your product ordered with the manufacturer, which states on our website: orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Our records show they shipped on the second business day which was 6/8 and per your tracking with USPS they were delivered on 6/13. Unfortunately, it is not within our time frame of being able to deem a package lost with USPS and to reship. Our agent emailed you on 6/22 advising that we are unable to reship at this time as it is not currently lost with USPS. We are keeping an eye on your order and if there is no further movement and USPS can no longer locate the package we would be happy to reship at no cost to you. However, unfortunately at this time we are unable to do so as USPS has scanned into their system and is advising it is moving to the next facility.
