I got the socks, they are okay, but as for service, zero, my credit card was hacked and used immediately after my ordering by someone over there for almost$ 500.00. As a result of this, I now need a new card and am worried about identity theft. So much for a secure site. My card company is checking out the mailing address where the items were delivered. I believe it is 1 of your employees, but am waiting for conformation from my card company.

I'm concerned about the size and fit. I understand this product runs small. I hope it is returnable if it does not fit.

The brace fits fine except it is very uncomfortable to wear. It is not really helping me with my problem, as suggested by my Doctor. I tried wearing it during the night, when I sleep, hoping I would get used to the feel of it. I end up removing it during the middle of the night due to itching and the feeling like it is compressing my foot in all the wrong places. I think the extra large would be too big as I am not an overweight woman. I do have a long,narrow foot and I feel that I purchased the proper size and size is not the issue. I have been using a simple ace bandage to help support my ankle and this seems to work much better than the brace I purchased. I already owned 3 ace bandages and did not have to pay anything for those. I wish my Doctor had suggested the ace bandage. It didn't cost me anything. I was looking forward to using the Mcdavid brace, hoping that it would be less time consuming to apply. I was also hoping it would support my ankle without the bulk of an ace bandage, making it easier to slip into and out of my shoe. I just couldn't stand how it feels on my foot/ankle. I couldn't get it off my foot fast enough. I think your site is convenient and easy to use and your pricing was competitive. However, I think the product is not helpful.

Order took forever to get here. And then, the product was the wrong size! My daughter leaves for college in 3 days and requires this product to start playing varsity tennis again after experiencing tendonitis of her elbow. So, there's no time to return the product and wait for the correct size to be sent. She needs something right now. Told the unprofessional customer service rep that I will be forced to buy something over-the-counter and will be sending the product back. He told me I would be charged a restocking fee! Really? It's a $12.99 product and it was their mistake! The right thing to do is to overnight the correct size product and not inconveniencing me about sending back the wrong one. It's a measly nylon/spandex arm sleeve! I hope everyone sees this and boycotts this site. I'm in sales too and we do everything to work with our customers and make things right. This company does not. Buyer beware if something is wrong with your order!
