Disappointed with the overall service. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing about my order I asked the on-line help for an update and received no response. Then I sent an email to customer service and received no response. Finally I called the company and was told my item was backordered, which was not indicated when I placed the order. They said the item would ship the next day (what a coincidence) but I didn't get a shipping notice until a week later. The product finally did arrive about a month after placing the order. The product itself is very nice but because of the service (or lack thereof) I will not order from them again.

I'm fairly happy with the purchase. The site was easy and clear to navigate and I easily found the product I needed. Clear break down of shipping and item costs, also ships to Canada! Although I didn't realize the prices were in USD, so they were a little more expensive than I thought they would be. However the products appear to be good quality thus far (I purchased the MCDAVID Level 1 shoulder Wrap - 463R in a size small and the MCDAVID Thermal Shoulder Wrap w/ hot-cold gel packs - 207) and does what it's advertised to do. Will require some more use for a more in depth opinion on them. Both items fit quite well (I'm female, with a chest of about 32" and arms around 10"). The shipping time was okay, received it in about 10-11 business days. Items were mailed to me in a white poly bag and by the time i received it was wrapped up in a plastic bag by Canada post that said "Sorry your item was damaged [...etc.]." The bag the items were mailed in were ripped in a few places but the items didn't appear to be damaged or missing.
