I think your site is easier to order from than last time. It let me refine my search quickly and ordering was easy. I appreciate the free shipping, too!

I was kind of surprised it took such a long time to get my order. I didn't get a shipping confirmation until 9 days after I placed the order. I did place it over the weekend, though, so I know you probably don't work on the orders until the weekdays. The quality of the merchandise is fine. I appreciate having a company who has sales from time to time. Thanks you.

The product did not come when ordered. I paid for expedited shipping, and it was not delivered to my apartment but to the manager's office, and took another 5 days for me to find it there. By then, I no longer needed the item since I needed it post op and by day 10, it was no longer necessary. I never opened the box Customer services was very rude when I requested a full refund, and said my product only is eligible for a store credit. 4 times the customer service staff hung up on my. I have copied an online chat here with one of the rude customer service reps, Melissa:
