I was charged about 18% more than what my order confirmation indicated. I asked customer service about the difference, who suggested it may be because of exchange from U.S. to Canadian currency, but they weren't sure. 18% seems high for that, and there was no freight charge involved. My cost was $62.50 per pair instead of the $53.50 I was expecting to pay, but it is still cheaper the $85.00 I paid at my pharmacy for my first pair, so overall I'm not unhappy. May I respectfully suggest that an order confirmation total include exchange rates?

Great selection and quite competitive. However, my doctor suggested the wrong compression and I needed to return the two unworn pair to compressionsale.com. The customer service rep was quite rude, especially when I was having difficulty finding the new product number on line. I hope I never have to deal with your customer service department again.
