I appreciate the sale price on the hosiery as I do have to wear them every day and it gets costly. It was easy to navigate around to find the information that I needed to order the knee hi's.

Your policy on returns is VERY customer unfriendly. 25% surcharge for "restocking" for unopened packages is robbery.
I paid $30 extra for the earliest possible shipping, which resulted in several days passing between my order date and the date the socks were shipped. Poor business.
The socks themselves are excellent, no complaint but you folks and I are headed in separate directions, mine being doing business with you never occurring again.
A complaint against a vendor is very rare for me. Normally I just don't waste my time. Your firm behaves as if it is a privilege for your customers to do business with you.

I thought the chart with measurements was an excellent idea however, although I measured myself before ordering (and I did it carefully) both products I ordered were way too tight. I doubt that even the next size up would work.
They are always prompt in delivering my purchase.
