I still have not received either of my orders yet. When will I get them?

Like the socks alot, but it took way to long to get the product and i was not told that one pair was on back order

There was a time in the past that you would not take a return that I thought you should have. I have not purchased from you for a long time because of that poor customer service. I will NOT, therefore, recommend you to others.

I ALWAYS ORDER SZ. SMALL BUT THESE WERE DIFFICULT TO GET ON BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF. MY HUSBAND HAD TO PULL THEM OFF. I ALSO REALIZED THAT I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED 20-30 SURGICAL WEIGHT.
