I am very dissatisfied with your customer service. I purchased the anti embolism thigh high stocking and tried them on. The tops roll down and are very uncomfortable. THESE HAVE NOT BEEN WORN only tried on. They will not do and I would like to exchange them for something that will meet my needs. According to Melissa you do not exchange these -- however according to your terms I should be able to return them. We are well within the 15 day exchange period. I would like some satisfaction since this will be a lifelong situation requiring compression hose and it would be to the benefit of both of us to reach an agreement. Please reply.
The email I received from you today noted this was the last day for the SIG10 discount; good till midnight. It's 11:30 pm. Discount does not work; Live Chat does not work. I'm used to you all being a bit more on the ball. However, I need the hose, so I ordered anyway at regular pricing. But no more "bait and switch", please. It's not entertaining.
I think the above still tells of my dissatisfaction with compression sale service. Other than this survey I have yet to hear from anyone.

01/25/15 - You shipped my order 01/12 - I didn't receive it until the 25th - seems excessively long but at least the bottles weren't leaking this time.
