So far, so good. Let's hope the socks fit. They do fit, about time you made them taller again. Those Delilah C's were perfect, the ones with 80% Supima Cotton. The tops aren't as comfortable as the original, maybe you can go back to that fit? Thanks.
The selection is very good, the prices seem competitive and I appreciate the free shipping.
However, my order took far too long to process and get delivered--I placed the order on Jan. 3, and they didn't arrive until Jan. 15.
The stockings seem to be as advertised, and I'm hopeful they'll last a good while.

Great - very easy
The style of sock was good. But we should have ordered the largest size. Too small for leg.
I called on 1/9/15 and was told that my order was shipped on 1/9/15 but that was after Emily on the live chat said that they were backordered, I called customer service and supposedly spoke to a supervisor and she was the one that told my my order was shipped, I haven't got it yet so I called for a tracking # and checked that it has just had a label made TODAY, one week after I placed the order, this is not the way to run a business, lying and being dishonest. I just called to speak to a supervisor and there were NONE. I worked in customer service for the telephone company for 30 years, there is always a supervisor, again another lie.
What are you trying to pull here? I don't like being lied to, after the incident on the 9th I wrote a contact, no one cares there. It's like the inmates running the mental institution. It makes no sense.
Shopping expierence was awesome. It would be nice if you can include coupons for JOBST, Sigvaris and other name brand products that you carry.
