I liked their website; it's really well designed.
And I like the fact that there's NO shipping charge and NO taxes.
However, I would have liked to be able to return the product and get my money back---or at least get an exchange without paying for the shipping!
I do appreciate that the customer service has done as I asked and ceased the bombardment of their ads from appearing on my computer screen!

Even though the size chart says they should fit me, I think my problem is that I am heavier AND tall. These stockings, both the Jobst and the Juvo brands, are not long enough to keep staying up on a woman with longer legs, such as myself. I had to go out and get suspenders to keep them up all day.
That having been said, the compression really does make my legs greatly relieved, and I have been feeling much more energetic with them on. I will certainly still continue to buy another pair of them if they should wear out. I just wish they would be a little longer, and still have the same compression strength around the legs.
Your prices are so much better than any retail store or med supply store, we will get all of our needs here if we can!
