I placed my order for your products on 1/15/15 and have not yet received them. Upon calling and talking to a sales rep, she told me the order and not been shipped and to check back in 2 more days. No apologizes, no explanations. I would like my order to be delivered ASAP since I have paid for it! I have ordered from your company before with great satisfaction. I will looking for a new supplier for my compression products in the future. I am very disappointed!

The chat room did not clarify my question to determine this product was more like a dress sock than crew sock with padding on the sole.
As the return policy is costly (restocking fees) we are not likely to return but the price is unrealistic for the product
