The heel does not fit snug. It appears the socks are too large

I' e been a costumer for the past 4 years, but never received loyalty rewards or even a coupon or discounts on the products that I may order or like in the future. They dont know how to appreciate loyal costumers. If only there is another website I can order my products from, then I would switch, not even a free return or exchange of the product, everytime I exchange I always gets charge for shipping. No loyalty costumer compensation or rewards program at least.
Was not comfortable at the ankle, the length was too long. I plan to try another pair, I just have to measure better.
The price was comparable to what I would pay in store, but much more conveniently available by mail. I like the open-toe style.
The website is a bit cluttered, making it difficult to find product. Also, I was sent the incorrect size which was recorded by the website even though the confirmation has the correct size listed. Not a great start...
