It is easy to order but also easy to make a mistake as the order numbers are too similar. I am returning my wrong order for an exchange. I will pay the difference but I am not happy with the extra trouble to mail hose back and for the extra cost of the postage.

I received the compression stockings I ordered in a pretty timely manner but they were the wrong size. I tried following the instructions on my invoice in order to make an exchange for the correct size. After a few attempts and a call to the 800 number, I received an email response indicating that you have received my return (exchange) request and I should allow up to 72 business hours for a response along with return instructions.
