My purchase came in good time and as I said earlier, I intend to order another pair.
Fairly easy---4 on a 1-5 scale
Seems like the bottles are getting smaller as the price goes up but then that is true of many things now.
I ordered the wrong size and am in the process of returning these stockings for an exchange.
Site is very intuitive and fast.
Path to sizing information could be more clear. When I called to ask for a suggested sizing, I was told "medium". When I ordered it, it was way too small! The following chat left me with disappointment in the policy AND your agent's response:

It was easy to place my order. I told all my friends about your website and my friend Carol Slaton Ausby will be purchasing from you soon.
I expected a little more pressure on my calves and shins; and after two washings, the elastic at the top of one sock is beginning to stretch out.
Fine. Met my expectations. The "help" person seemed unable to explain the difference between "travel" socks and regular support hose but that's hardly a reason not to buy from you folks, I suppose.
Been shopping your site since my accident 15yrs. Ago. No problems.
