I needed these for post surgical use and was so pleased to find this product online at a reasonable price. The purchase seemed easy and I was so looking forward to their arrival. This transaction has turned into huge disappointment in service and delivery. Order was placed on the evening of 1/28 and my account was charged at that time. After a couple weeks of no communication, I inquired about the order via 'chat line' and was told they were shipped 'that day' because of a 'slight back order' and that I should receive them in 2-3 days - but the order still did not arrive. On 2/16 I received an email stating that my order was shipped on that day 2/16. Really? I have looked at tracking and all I can see is the label was created.
Where is my order? I believe it is time for a refund. This is the worst online experience I have encountered. I wish I had purchased the stockings from our local pharmacy. I would have had the stockings weeks ago, which I should have been wearing, AND the small difference in price would have supported our local small business.

I was unable to cancel my order within office hours minutes from the time it was placed. That policy is unacceptable. That is a very consumer-unfriendly policy. I will not be shopping with you again.
I like the product. L would like to see light weight mini socks for women also in colors besides white. The ones i have are so thick.
