Very easy to navigate website and find what I wanted. Only complaint is one of the pairs came in brown even though I ordered navy and the box said navy! Not worth sending back but am disappointed I didn't get the main color I wanted and because of that I wouldn't use this site again to order from.

Jobst has a great product -- just wish the price was less. I have thought about other brands, but haven't purchased any yet. I can only purchase when there is a sale.

Check out very efficient. Good product. But not very good customer service. When I found that the open-toe stockings would not work I called the 1-800 number and sat on the phone with a recorded message for over half an hour and then left a message giving my phone number as well as stating the problem and asked for help. I'm still waiting to hear from customer service. Very discouraged.
