There was a delay in receiving them but it was because of my own typo error.
When I called to let them know the problem I felt assured that things would be taken care of---and they were.

First time shopping on this site and I found products easy to find and really great prices. I can't wait to try my stockings and become a regular customer.

I doubt anyone I know is looking for compression stockings! However, if someone asks me, this is definitely a good site.

I got into live chat hoping they could find the copper socks I have just ordered for me. Their answer was, "We don't sell those." They should be trained more. Obviously, you sell them, since I bought them from you. Your service person was simply unwilling to provide the service of looking for them. Why pay for that kind of "help"?

This is the first time I have purchased this type of product. I hope the quality is good. Good information re: sizing and degree of compression needed.

The stockings are excellent, the shopping experience was excellent, but the price was too high. Price is important to me, but unfortunately I couldn't find them anyplace else.

I could not get a confirmation that my medium size would be SHORT as opposed to average.
