Free shipping and better prices than my pharmacy - good job!
Felt it took too long for processing my order - time it took from order placement to actual ship out the door time. Could be better.

I have returned 2 pairs of stockings that didn't fit and have never gotten the refund or exchange that I asked for, so I'm trying you again and hoping for the best.

I still would like to receive a refund or credit on the two pairs of stockings I have returned, but have never had any reply or response from you!

I ordered what the doctor said to order but the compression of 30-40 was too difficult to put on and take off. I am exchanging these for 20-30 compression. Customer service was very helpful in completing the authorization to make the return and exchange.
