Wonderful company that helped me in my time of need. The customer agent Travis literally spend hours with me on the phone picking out the best pair of compression stockings. Ever since my diagnosis, I have been upset not sure where to turn for help. But this company set me up with a great pair of compression stockings from Jobst.

And I am able to walk again without pain and swelling. It is a godsend. Thank you so much, I wish there was more people out there like them! They are open late if you are interested in medical compression stockings.

The website iseasy to use and my products arrived very quickly.
However, I am returning one of the compression garments and it seems to take a very long time to get the "return number" and address that is required to return this item. I began this process on Monday and today is Thursday and I still have not been given this information. I also have been told that even though it is new and still in the box that it is not eligible for a refund - credit only. This is very disappointing and for that reason I may not order from them again, except to use up the credit on my account.
