I am just learning about cmpression stockings so I called customer service. I waited to speak with somebody live for at least 20 minutes. I explained that I was just learning about the stockings and had several questions. Very shortly then she left me, I thought to find the answer to one of my questions but we were cut off (I hope accidently). I had to make 2 more calls to get my questions answered and the last gentleman was very helpful and I appreciated him. The worst one was the first call to customer service when the lady gave me a couple of wrong answers and then dropped the call.

I have some of the same negative workings with this company. I ordered about $66.00 in products, did an exchange for $27.00 and received my exchange with no paper work on exchange. I called customer service ( rude service better name) where he informed me I had $10.00 store credit. I asked to speak to his supervisor after a rude verbal exchange when I was hung up on. Several have said the same experience for them. I e-mailed and received an apology that it was $17.00 not $10.00. Nothing about rude customer service response. I e-mailed back not acceptable as was their mistake and I wanted it returned to my card. No answer. I have never paid for any exchange I have made on a product that the price was not over the original order. Since when does it cost you $38.00 on such an order? This companies business practices needs to be sent to the attorney general and if they continue business be it clear how they handle your order not that you find out how hard it is to deal with them. This has to be a scam. Do we have to always check reviews before we think we are ordering from a respectable company?
