Great products
A couple of days after my order I received an email saying my items had been 'sent to shipping'. Normally, this implies that the carrier has received the product and it is being shipped out to the customer. A week after receiving this email I wrote CS to find out why I had not received my order. Lo and behold, the product was NOT shipped on the day the email was sent to me, but a week later. Please change the text in your emails so customers know exactly what to expect in the way of shipping and delivery. Thank you!
A little confusing in ordering multiple pairs.

Tried to use the 10% off coupon given... no go! Why Not? What good is giving a coupon you can't use?
