Order received, but item too small. Attempted to exchange item...spoke with customer service many times...received absolutely no help. Agents very rude and actually hung up on me at one point. Ultimately decided to keep item rather than deal with you folks again. Will try to find somebody who can use this item. Never been worn...fresh out of the box.

I was not satisfied with the amount of time between order date and receipt date. I wish the website gave an estimation of delivery when choosing the delivery method. I did appreciate the customer service help when I became concerned with the delivery time.
